Kadiköy is a suburb of Istanbul located on the Asian side of the Bosphorous. Unlike the crowded harbor of old Istanbul, where the fresh fish sandwich boats only have room for staff - leaving customers to hunch over tiny plastic chairs and tables scattered around the wharf - over here they've got tables and chairs right on the boat. Salt shakers too. All in all, a much classier affair.
